specialized in supplying Smelters and refractories for
glass furnaces directly to the factory, and installing
and repairing glass furnaces. Its headquarters are in
Dubai. We aim to provide the best service to our
customers in the United Arab Emirates, because we
have specialized in this field for more than 15 years in
Egypt.

PRODUCTS
1) ALUMINA DENSE BRICKS:
Alumina Dense bricks are composed of refractory ceramic material with various combinations of Alumina and Silica.
2) IRE CLAY BRICKS:
Fireclay Bricks or Fire Bricks are the most widely used Refractory Bricks due to their following properties:
- Low Thermal Conductivity.
- Good Thermal Insulation performance.
- High Resistance to Thermal shock, Abrasion, & Chemical attack thus prolonging product lifetime.
- Easy operation and installation.
- Broad application range.
- Economic Cost. At Asfour M&R, we offer a comprehensive range of Fireclay Bricks ranging from 25%-45% Alumina, all of which exhibit excellent strength and endurance.
3) HIGH ALUMINA BRICKS:
High Alumina Bricks possess key features such as:
- High temperature performance.
- High corrosion and wear resistance.
- High bulk density.
- Low Iron content.
- High Alumina Bricks are extensively used in the Mining, Metallurgy, Cement, Chemical, Refinery, and Refractory industries.
4) LIGHT SHAPED WEIGHT BRICKS:
Weighing only a fraction of Concrete and Clay bricks, these revolutionary bricks have been designed with the following features:
- They allow for faster and easier construction, therefore saving time and labor costs without compromising structural and load bearing requirements.
- Their light weight mitigates several safety issues for bricklayers and builders as opposed to Concrete or Clay bricks.
- High bulk density.
- They exhibit fire resistant qualities uncommon in the refractory industry.
5) ACID RESISTANT BRICKS:
Acid Resistant or Acid Bricks are both chemically resistant and thermally durable. They are composed of high Silica Shale and are fired at very high temperatures.
6) CORDIERITE- MULLITE BRICKS:
Aluminum Cordierite Fire bricks and Mullite Cordierite Fire bricks are composed of Aluminum materials combined with Cordierite or Mullite to guarantee high compressional strength, thermal shock resistance, and low thermal expansion coefficient.
PRIVACY POLICY
We preserve your personal data sent to us by you on any of the means of communication with us mentioned on the site, and it is not shared with any other parties or sold to any other party or used without obtaining your consent or issuing a judicial order. We will only keep invoices, payment method and data. Customers who have already made purchases, in order to submit them to the relevant authorities at the time of request, while maintaining the confidentiality of the information in accordance with what is specified by law.
REFUND POLICY
It is not permissible to return the sold goods after completing the purchase process and delivering the item to the customer, because these products are manufactured at the customer’s request in special sizes, and in most cases, they are not suitable for use by another customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The order may be canceled within 24 hours of completing the payment process, but after that it is not permissible.
PAYMENT METHOD
After choosing the type of fire stone (thermal bricks) required and determining the quantity, the full amount is paid in advance, because we will pay the full amount to the factory in advance to obtain the required shipment, and deliver the shipment within a period of 15 to 30 days, according to the size of the required shipment.
